The Twin Oaks POW-MIA Memorial Park was a joint operation between VFW Post 494 & American Legion Aviation Post 511 & the City of Crystal. Fred Crimmins the VFW Post Commander was the Master of Ceremonies. This MIA-POW memorial park was the hard work and mission of the incoming Commander of VFW Post 494, Randy Eberling. We are proud to say Randy Eberling is also an ALR member here at Post 172.
